We're based in the West Midlands, 10 minutes from Junction 12 of the M6 and easily accessible from all parts of the UK and Europe. Birmingham International is only 35 minutes.

We are creating Utopia to be the friendliest, most exciting and prestigious Swingers Party Venue in the UK. We are open 5 nights a week, Wednesday till Sunday - and can arrange special private events on Mondays or afternoons. You can hire the venue for superb sexy corporate events or even for a very wild and special birthday party!

The venue is a recently and lavishly refurbished English Manor Hall, parts of which date back to the 17th Century. The venue boasts a 15 metre heated indoor Swimming Pool, 8 person Jaccuzzi, plus Steam Room, Play rooms, set in a labyrinth of caves, a Massage Room a Darkroom, and Private Rooms also check out our new comfortable lounges and our 'couples only' playroom with mega video screen.

You'll meet old friends and make new ones in our palatial and opulant bar - disco and chill-out areas. You'll find us friendly, helpful and discreet and we're sure you'll appreciate our secure on site parking for almost 100 cars with more on and off road parking close by.
